有朋自远方来

It's mid winter~~
Mt. Wellington is capped with snow everyday!!
To your knowledge, the foothill of Mt Wellington is where I'm staying~~

Last week, PKin's friends (Mr and Miss E) came to visit us from Sydney..
So, 有朋自远方来.. Nothing is seemed to be more importatn than that..
So, I granted myself a 2-day holiday..

yes..only for 2 days because things do happen unexpectedly..

Mr and Miss E have to cancel their trip and back to Sydney 3 days earlier..

So..we went to Mt Wellington during the first day of their visit..
We were lucky that it wasnt a foggy day..sunny + chilly..good timing to visit the Mountain..
The snow was thick, beautiful...white!!

Yes..white..
very often when you reach the Mountain in the late-afternoon or during weekend..
the 'white' snow has already become 'black' muddy snow..
people were playing around..throwing snowballs..

manytimes..the snow was no longer white n pretty when you reach the summit..

and..we were lucky!!
It's was a Tuesday..not many people were there during weekdays..
Therefore we get to see pretty white snow~~

It's always nice to go to the summit once or twice a year during winter..
Playing snow is the best ever activity you can do in Hobart during winter~
